CAPAC Chair Applauds Judicial Confirmation of Jasmine Yoon
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the U.S. Senate voted to confirm Jasmine Yoon as U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Virginia, who becomes the first Asian American federal judge to serve the state of Virginia. Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC) Chair Rep. Judy Chu (CA-28) issued the following statement:
