Tri-Caucus Chairs Join José Díaz-Balart Reports on MSNBC for Joint Interview on Trump Administration’s Policies

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Chairs of the Congressional Tri-Caucus joined José Díaz-Balart Reports on MSNBC this week to discuss the impact of the Trump administration’s harmful policies on communities of color.
The Congressional Tri-Caucus is composed of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC), chaired by Rep. Grace Meng; the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC), chaired by Rep. Adriano Espaillat; and the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), chaired by Rep. Yvette Clarke. Each Chair is elected by their respective Caucus.
The Tri-Caucus Chairs discussed their shared commitment to lowering costs; protecting programs like Medicaid, Social Security, and SNAP from harmful cuts proposed by this administration; supporting quality public education; expanding access to affordable health care; defending language access; and advocating for a fair, humane, and just immigration system that includes protecting birthright citizenship.
