CAPAC Chair Applauds Nomination of Edward Kiel to Fill Federal Judicial Vacancy
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, President Biden announced the nomination of Judge Edward Kiel to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Judge Kiel, who is serving as a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey, would be the first Korean American federal judge in New Jersey.
